Was OpenTable Diner at Fells Point Tavern a mag?
Had family in town, we were a large group and so I wanted to make a reservation. The waitress sat us at a table far too small for a party of our size and we had to be moved. Despite being some of the only diners in the restaurant service was extremely slow. The drinks weren’t made correctly and had to be sent back. The manager was great and very accommodating but the food wasn’t anything special. Will not be returnin... View all feedback.
What OpenTable Diner dislikes about Fells Point Tavern:
The only issue I had was that the bottomless mimosa had two different rates in the restaurant and online. Everything else was fine. The manager simply gave us some shots rather than providing us with the price from the website. The food was alright, although some of it arrived cold, and the waiter had no trouble refilling it. Delicious crab cakes and sliders on a sunny winter's day. Friendly and efficient service.
Restaurant, including restroom, was dingy and dirty. We were only patrons. We waited a long time for sever to come take our orde and finally had to call her from across the room. Had to ask twice for ice for lukewarm iced tea. Salad was mangy iceberg kettuce and a few bits. Meal was lukewarm. Crabcake was dry and overpriced, although full of lump crab. Again had to seek out server for bill. We were the only patrons the whole time we were there. Do not recommend.
Never eaten at a restaurant where the cook/dishwasher comes out and complains about you to your face when you’re eating. Had to go behind the bar to get silverware, server never checked on us, and we were the only table in there (and regretfully spent $100+ on entrees the size of appetizers). Better off going anywhere else or catching your own fish down the street.
