The drive-through cashier made a mistake, which that can happen, but then I went inside the store in order to try and fix it and it took a lot of my time.The ma... read more The drive-through cashier made a mistake, which that can happen, but then I went inside the store in order to try and fix it and it took a lot of my time.The manager didn’t take any responsibility for it, and was trying to make me spend more money for their own mistake.Bottom line I had to pay more than I was supposed to.Spent more of my valuable time.Then got a bad customer service from the store manager.Don’t go there!

B... read more Normally, I wouldn't stop to rate a drive through. You get what you pay for and it's usually exactly that- no complaints or anything particular to rave about. But I have to give a shout out to this particular drive through.I wish I knew the name of the young man at the window who handled my order to give him a proper shout out. He was just a kid but so hard working and took the time to make a fresh pot of decaf since the current pot was hours old. He even asked first to make sure I had time to wait, since it wasn't busy, saying it would be quicker to give you the last cup we have right now, but a fresh pot will be worth the wait. AND IT WAS.Service with a smile, attention to detail and quality (realizing that last drop from the hours old pot would likely take like rubbish) He represented you well, Dunkin. It hit the spot. The extra effort and care paid off- THANK YOU for a fresh hot cup of coffee to warm my heart on a cold day.

Walk in is just as good as drive through! Good selection of cholov Yisroelitems, see attached pictures of what's certified!

I had an issue with the app, so I... read more I don't know if I should be concerned with how fast the service is at this place. Lol Food that fast can not be good for you. I had an issue with the app, so I had to run in and there was no line, so checkout was a breeze and the food was ready in whatfelt like seconds. I was in and out super quick. The only negative I could possibly say is that I wish the iced coffee I orderedhad slightly more almond milk. I feel like they put a teaspoon in, which didn't feel proportional to the coffee. Otherwise, allaround good experience.
