The server was not only rude and unfriendly, bu... read more Double Zero provided me with one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had at an upscale vegan restaurant. The server was not only rude and unfriendly, but also neglected to acknowledge that we were celebrating a birthday. While not a major issue, it was disappointing. The pepperoni pizza arrived completely burnt and the dough of the eggplant calzone was undercooked in some areas. The prices were exorbitant for the quality of food offered. In a city with numerous superb vegan pizza options, it is advisable to steer clear of Double Zero. It is simply not worth it.

Unfortunately, we had reservations for Mother's Day and even changed them to a later time. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were surprised to find it closed with no explanation. This was especially disappointing on such a special occasion, and we struggled to find alternative plans. The restaurant was still listed as available on OpenTable and their website. While we understand that unexpected events can occur, we would have appreciated being informed in advance rather than driving 40 miles to a closed restaurant.
