We had made reservations at Double Zero because we enjoy the food and usually receive excellent service. Unfortunately, we had reservations for Mother's Day and even changed them to a later time. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were surprised to find it closed with no explanation. This was especially disappointing on such a special occasion, and we struggled to find alternative plans. The restaurant was still listed as available on OpenTable and their website. While we understand that unexpected events can occur, we would have appreciated being informed in advance rather than driving 40 miles to a closed restaurant.

The food was extremely tasty and all was very fresh. The pizza was just as good as advertised and the eggplant was phenomenal!! Nice selection of cocktails made for a great experience.

My experience at Double Zero was one of the worst I have had at a high-end vegan restaurant. The server was not only impolite and unwelcoming, but also neglected the fact that we were celebrating a birthday. While this may not be a major issue, it was disappointing. The pepperoni pizza was completely burnt and the eggplant calzone had raw dough in some parts. The prices were too high for the quality of food provided. With so many other amazing vegan pizza options in the city, I would suggest skipping Double Zero. It simply isn't worth it.

We were a party of 5. Two people got their meals first, then 20 25 minutes later the next two go their meals, then 20 25 minutes later late the last person got her food, after everyone else was done. We were offered no apologies, no one came to talk to us about it. Do not plan to go back again which is a shame as the food was good.

Can't say enough great things about this place. It's pricey but worth it. I got the potato pizza and Caesar salad and recommend both. Can't wait to go back. Updated from previous review on 2022-05-11
