Amazing food, we didn’t like that no one cleaned the tables down especially during busy times. However, this places is 10/10 for their food and quality. Definitely recommend anyone traveling to Baltimore City looking for a hole in the wall experience.
I had the spicy egg and cheese including the French toast. It was wonderful and there was plenty of seating, much more than expected and the service and staff are great. The food was fantastic and very fresh! I highly recommend this place for all occasions!
It's a pretty good place just to sit and read a book or do work. The food was great; I had the Korean cheesesteak. The bread was toasted perfectly and the bulgogi was delicious. The side of potato bites were a little over salted, but they had just the right amount of crisp, and the house made ketchup was actually pretty great!
Dooby’s is described as a Korean-inspired café, and while the menu does reflect that influence, the exterior and interior don’t give off a distinctly Korean vibe. That said, it’s a cozy, modern spot with a wide selection of coffee drinks, pastries, and food items—definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. I stopped in for a coffee break and tried one of their house-made syrup lattes. I went with the Miso Caramel latte $4.50), subbed with oat milk for an extra $0.75. It didn’t have a strong miso flavor, but it was still smooth and enjoyable. I also grabbed a Lavender Goat Cheese Scone for $4, which was a highlight. You could see the lavender tea leaves baked in and the goat cheese crumble gave it a savory edge that balanced the floral notes beautifully—highly recommend trying it if you like unique pastries. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, with plenty of seating. It’s the kind of place where people come to chat, study, or work—easygoing and not too loud. They also have a water station with free water available, which is a nice touch. Check out the menu photos if you want to explore more food options and prices. I’d definitely come back to try their full menu next time. A great spot for coffee, conversation, or getting some work done. This is a really cute place. They have so many options. I tried their mocha latte which was amazing and their buttermilk pancakes (also delicious). The workers were so lovely and the place had a really nice ambience. I'm definitely coming back if I'm in the area.
