Step into our historic building and be greeted by red-brick walls and exposed beams, leading to an open dining room and a back patio set for outdoor dining and conversations around a fire pit. Enjoy artisanal beers, oak-aged bourbons, and a variety of small plates such as charcuterie meats, cheeses, crispy brussels sprouts, and shark fries at the bar. Indulge in seasonal masterpieces and classic cuisine like petite filet and pot du creme crafted by Chef Matthew Audette. Cozy up next to the courtyard fire pit when the weather permits. Please note that on Sundays, we only offer brunch service.

**Dining Experience at Copper Shark: A Mixed Bag of Delights and Disappointments** Copper Shark, a beloved neighborhood gem, offers a dynamic culinary experience highlighted by standouts like the Brussels sprouts and unique cocktails. While many dishes shine, such as the duck confit tacos and prime beef carpaccio, inconsistency in food preparation and service efficiency emerged as notable pitfalls. Diners reported undercooked entrees and long wait times for drinks, suggesting occasional kitchen and service overloads. Despite these issues, some patrons praised the attentive staff and management's efforts to rectify mistakes, leaving a complex impression. Overall, Copper Shark remains a restaurant worth visiting, but expectations should be tempered.
Brussels sprouts appetizer and blueberry ice cream dessert were amazing. Scallops $41 unfortunately had no sear; mushy consistency. Salmon was OK but unremarkable. Sadly, we had the worst service, such a bummer! It was a slow night, but our waitress seemingly forgot about us several times. As in, took our drink order and literally didn’t return for 25 minutes. And one of the four drinks was wrong. Bottle of wine took 30 minutes to arrive. Maybe our server had a bad night and it was an anomaly. The manager was apologetic and stepped in before dessert, which we appreciated. I advise sitting at a high-top in the bar and ordering from the bar menu. You can’t order from the bar menu in the dining room. The grilled cheese was tasty. I would go back for that! I am not one to write negative reviews but this really ruined our night.
We booked a table and then showed up there was not table because they seated all the walk in and ignored the people that made reservations online

Great atmosphere for brunch but some adjustments are needed. $2 for 2 cherries to add to a cocktail for some reason. Gigantic appetizer portion for Brussels sprouts for $16 and a crab omelette/potato entree that I thought came from the kids menu (tiny for $22). Service was just terrible from wait times for cocktails, water, salt, pepper, and hot sauce (which must’ve been peppered up ketchup). Food was tasty but cocktails were overpriced. Horrible service for a party of 4 and dainty entree ruined this place for me.
