The employees seemed unintelligent or under the... read more I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. It was dirty and unpleasant, with half of the games not working. The employees seemed unintelligent or under the influence, and the manager was rude. When it was closing time, the manager yelled at me to leave, seemingly targeting me because I was the only non-African American person in the restaurant.

I had reserved a birthday party for my son, who was turning 8, about 10-12 days before the party over the phone. The person I spoke to at Chuck E. Cheese was very friendly and answered all my queries. However, when I arrived at the location, I was informed that some items in the package I had chosen were not included. The host and manager claimed that I had been given incorrect information from before the pandemic. In the end, there was a heated argument between myself and the manager, and I was shocked by the terrible customer service. The manager was aggressive and condescending, and I will never return to this location.

Our baby definitely had fun, met f... read more Employees were all helpful and friendly. Our granddaughter is about to go back home to Georgia and we wanted her to have fun. Our baby definitely had fun, met friends to play with and played games. Oh don't forget about her pizza, ice cream and she saw Chuck E. Cheese. We love her and that's what grandparents do ‍. We'll be back when our baby comes for another visit.
