What Danky McDankington doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
If you order mobile you have about a 10% chance of actually getting what you ordered. I think they have gotten my mobile order correct a grand total of 3 times. I came in to pick up my online order I realized I forgot to add something, so I got in line when I got to the front, the staff was having trouble viewing online orders. One of the women working apologized to me politely asked if I could show her my order. I did she made it for me perfectly in a timely manner.
