Nestled in the scenic heart of Baltimore, this restaurant offers a mixed bag of experiences. While some patrons rave about the friendly service, vibrant atmosphere, and standout dishes like crab cakes and shrimp appetizers, others found significant flaws in both food quality and service. I was greatly disappointed with the scallops and risotto at this restaurant. The risotto had a mushy texture and the scallops were not seared properly, lacking color and almost tasting like they were boiled. In a rush to make it to a concert, I reluctantly tried the dish only to find the scallops rubbery and with a hint of a fishy, ammonia taste indicating they were close to spoiling. Our server was excellent and promptly resolved the issue, however, it resulted in me dining alone while my friends waited.
The food and atmosphere was great!!!!!! The waiter was on point!!!!

Blackwall Hitch is a nice seafood, taste of Cape Cod restaurant. The Spicy Shrimp and Calamari are a go-to for comfort dishes. My favorite is the flaming Crab Dip. They have nice craft cocktails, draft beers and wines by the glass. It 's located directly on The Charm 'tastic Mile next to Pier 5 and the National Aquarium.
