Overall, Birrotecca offers a mixed dining experience. While some guests raved about the delicious food, interesting cocktails, and attentive service, others were disappointed by the lackluster service, mediocre food quality, and slow service. The menu was described as somewhat limited, but some found the food to be tasty and enjoyed the fast delivery. The ambience and drinks received high marks, making it a great spot for a date night. Despite some hiccups, many guests said they would return and recommend Birrotecca to others.

I rarely go to Birroteca for one reason or the other glad i went this go around. Chill spot, I ordered the duck the marinade was a little sweet was not expecting that, Brussels sprouts phenomenal, burruta was great and the potatoes that came with the duckwas great as well. Drinks were cool and not
Was feeling a bit adventurous and tried the Duck Duck Goose pizza (without the duck egg and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza had a hint of sweetness, likely from the duck confit but it was quite tasty. Also tried the S'mores bar for dessert and LOVEDit! It was well balanced and paired well with my cocktail. The apple cake was delicious as well and came with a scoop of vanillaice cream. The bartenders were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive (what more could you want? and the atmosphere waswelcoming and relaxed. Definitely a go-to for a quick bite, drink or even date night. They have bar seating, a separate diningroom, and a covered terrace which gives plenty of options for seating. They also have vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Food was great with big portions. Ordered the red mussels for appetizer which was good and much bigger than I expected. For my entree I got the shrimp risotto, also delicious. For drinks the strawberry bite and mai kinda tai . Both were tasty and seemsto be strong at first but wore off pretty quickly. I really wanted their senseless violettes drink but they had run out, whichwas unfortunate for 7-8pm on a Thursday when they were a fair amount of customers. If it 's a popular drink I feel like theyshould make sure they have enough, especially for a busy dinner hour. Atmosphere is laid back. Outdoor seating, lots of parkingspace (the lot is dirt/rocks though). Affordable pricing. Worth a trip.
It's been a while since we've been to Birroteca and we walked away asking ourselves why we had let so much time pass. Some of the best pizzas in Baltimore. Brussel sprouts were delicious as always. My only comment is that the wine list is really lacking and given that they are located in the heart of the local brewery district I would like to see more local beers on tap.
