This is a wonderful place for a drink and a quick meal. The bartender was outstanding, which is why we came back every night throughout our stay. The location is convenient, situated on the ground floor of the Marriott Residence Inn, with access available from both inside the hotel and from the street. I hope they think about bringing in more staff to support the bar and restaurant, especially with hotel occupancy increasing.

We enjoyed our time at the bar, where we sipped on cocktails and indulged in some delightful snacks. Trevin, the bartender, prepared his signature drink, the “Bussit Baby!!!” It was so incredible that we're still trying to uncover the secret ingredients! Additionally, the chicken fingers were simply delicious!

Despite the re... read more I’ve visited 17 Light Street several times after the reopening and have been consistently impressed by chef Will incredible dedication and skill. Despite the restaurant appearing understaffed sometimes, the chef expertly manages to take orders, juggle multiple tasks, and cook with an impressive level of professionalism and a warm, welcoming smile. The chicken sandwiches and burgers are consistently outstanding – juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The pizza is equally delightful. Even during peak hours, when wait times can be a bit longer, the chef’s ability to manage the kitchen seamlessly while making guests feel genuinely welcomed is truly commendable.
