Excellent location with beautiful staff (especially shane and helen,) great service and exceptional food. the owner, sean, is a beautiful person and very helpful. many local knowledge of hidden gems. came for a couple and never leave, back the following day. great craic and consistently pleasant! the best bar in ballybunion from a national mile!

I will not be coming back to this restaurant. The service was extremely slow and they forgot our drink order. When we attempted to order food, we were informed that the kitchen had closed at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. However, we noticed other customers being served food half an hour later. When I questioned why we couldn't order, the server gave a vague excuse about the kitchen. It is not fair to deny service to some customers while serving others.
I really liked the vegetarian halloumi burger at this restaurant. It was served with a large portion of French fries and fresh vegetables. Personally, I thought the sweet sauces they use on burgers in Ireland were a bit overwhelming, but that might just be a preference for someone with a more refined palate like mine. The service was fast and efficient, although I wasn't a fan of the disco music playing on the radio. I have always preferred classical music and have yet to overcome that personal preference after 52 years.
