I waited from 6:15 PM to 6:46 PM for my crunchy hake, and to make things worse, a woman who arrived about 15 minutes after me received her order before I did. She even asked me, "Are you still waiting?" and then spoke to the staff at the counter to try to speed up my order. Management, please look into this issue.
