Alice was very friendly and extremely helpful. Staff is very professional and always have a smile. It was great visiting because they had power when it was loadshedding. View all feedback.

The worst breakfast experience ever…. On Mother’s Day such a let down Wimpy you can do better. Service was terrible for the first time in my life I did not tip the waitress. The food was cold and the toaster was broken so no toast. We waited 40 minutes for our food and there was problem with all the meals. We are a family of 6. The bill was just over R700…. Wimpy you spoilt the start to the day for us incredibly disappointed. The chips were old, the scrambled eggs cold, no toast. The size of the patty in reality and the picture on the menu very misleading… the drinks were great would have been nice to have been asked if we wanted more during our loooong wait. The worst is that no one took accountability a worrying trend….
This is such a small Wimpy I've ever been to. It's so cute though with outdated furniture. Trust me I'm not complaining, I'm just trying to paint a picture for you. The waitress was amazing and compassionate that's why she left with 100% tip. It's such a disappointment that I forgot her name, I guess it's because of exhaustion I had.
Service is excellent ! We were helped at the front desk within a few min to our table. The breakfast and wimpy coffee is and always have been very good. We have been away for nearly 5 years and just got back to SA. What a surprise when we learned that Wimpy now has an App. Love it. Thanku Wimpy and keep up the good work and friendly staff.
