I had the worst breakfast experience ever on Mother's Day, and I’m really disappointed. Wimpy, you can do better. The service was terrible, and for the first time in my life, I didn't leave a tip for the waitress. Our food was cold, and the toaster was broken, so we couldn't have any toast. We waited 40 minutes for our meals, and there were issues with every dish. We are a family of six, and the bill came to just over R700. Wimpy, you really ruined the start of our day, and I’m incredibly let down. The chips were stale, the scrambled eggs were cold, and we didn’t even get toast. The size of the patty didn’t match the photo on the menu, which was misleading. The drinks were great, but it would have been nice if someone had offered us more during our extremely long wait. The worst part is that no one took responsibility for the situation, which is quite concerning.
I've been having breakfast at this restaurant for over six years, but today the reception from the supervisor was quite unfriendly. It was my first time having such a disappointing experience here.
The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is excellent! I'm a big fan of their milkshake at the bar!

I have been dining at this restaurant for years, and the staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The food is consistently prepared quickly, accurately, and fresh. Its location near the N3 highway is convenient, and there's easy access to an Engen shop on-site. Restrooms are available within the restaurant as well. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is enjoyable. I highly recommend Wimpy for your next meal.
