I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki toasted and the meat was still ice cold and I asked for it to be reheated and they refused. I spent 21.00 on the sandwich drinks and chips and I had to go across the street to Dairy Queen. Worst service/customer service ever. I was so hungry and and dissatisfied leaving there. I eat at Subway a lot so I’m pretty familiar with the options and expect good hot food (they did not disappoint), but this store was exceptional for its people. Emily was great about answering questions on new menu items and went above and beyond to ensure my food was exactly as I wanted. Will definitely stop here again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
