What Carlos B likes about Mex Co:
I stumbled upon a food truck in Baie-Saint-Paul for the first time this summer. The city decided to give it a try for the season. I love food trucks and Mexican food, so I decided to try a tortas, a type of sandwich with beef, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce. It was delicious, although a bit pricey. I couldn't find the restaurant when I went looking for it today. I'm not sure what their operating hours are. It's a short walk from the Main Street.
