Red Lobster Avon

The food was exceptional, and the hosts were just as wonderful. I made a mistake with the reservation, but they still accommodated us. The only issue was that there was no salad available. However, I would rather send it back than accept subpar food.

Our server, Ian, was absolutely fantastic, and the food was great. I ordered the rock lobster and shrimp with a baked potato and broccoli. While the lobster was slightly overcooked, it was still very flavorful, and the strawberry margarita was delicious. I used a reward in the app to order dessert to go. I got the lemon cake, and it was absolutely lovely—I'm still thinking about it! If you enjoy lemon cake, I highly recommend trying it; you won't be disappointed. My best friend and I had a wonderful dining experience. Thank you!

Disappointing experience. They did not honor our OpenTable reservation, and we had to wait 30 minutes after arriving 10 minutes before our scheduled time. When I inquired about it, they claimed they did not take reservations. The food was also underwhelming; the crab was overpriced and had very little meat. I won’t be returning. They really need to resolve the OpenTable issue with their corporate team.

Birthday celebration service was top notch food delicious as always.

We hadn't been to Red Lobster in a long time because of a poor experience years ago. However, we were blown away by our experience this time. The food was outstanding- hot food was hot, cold food was cold. Doug, our server, was attentive and professional... excellent job! We will be back, and soon. Well done, and thank you!
