We would like to say thank you to the staff and more particularly to Brice. I had the fish and my husband the Elk tenderloin.Congratulation to the chef for the level of excellence taste and presentation). The pavlova was also something to dye for.

Not sure why we have not gone back but we did (my wife and I) and we had a wonderful dinner. Service was excellent and I enjoyed the squash ravioli with truffle sauce as a appetizer....the sauce was phenomenal....I soaked it up with more bread. My wife had the Belgium onion soup. Both were excellent. Entrees of Colorado lamb (me) and lobster with a small side of sausage (my wife). She was hesitant about the sausage but it was excellent. The lamb is to die for! Highly recommend a nice pleasant dinner at Mirabelle.
