My friend Jennifer and I have been traveling across the U.S., and we plan to spend about a year in Austin. The Wal-Mart where this McDonald's is located allows travelers to sleep in their parking lot, which is really convenient! So every other morning, we wake up in our cozy little Chevy Malibu (we call it MalibuBarbie), grab some coffee, Kevita, and a bite from McDonald's. I think the staff is starting to recognize me as a regular, as they gave me a complimentary hash brown with my meal. I wanted to express my gratitude for that here, since I tend to be a bit quiet in person, haha. My breakfast sandwiches are always fresh and tasty, and hash browns make the perfect addition! I really appreciate that this restaurant is located inside Walmart. It makes it convenient to grab my extra-large Coke and then hop over to the pharmacy on the other side of the store for my insulin shot.

Too crowded, didn't eat there this time but have before. It's good, service is usually fast.
