The COWBOY was okay, bu... read more I enjoyed the CHILE EN NOGADA taco much more; the pomegranate is one of my favorite ingredients and the ground pork paired well with it. The COWBOY was okay, but I didn't particularly like the steak pieces – they were just passable to me. Overall, the food was decent, especially satisfying after a short hike when I was quite hungry. I would rate this place 3.5 out of 5 stars. I also appreciated that they were open on the 26th, a holiday when many other places are closed.

My personal favorite is the Otto, which features crispy bacon on homemade corn tortillas, along with organic refried black beans, double bacon, avocado, and jack cheese. My husband enjoys the migas taco and the Jess special. While the tacos are delicious on their own, they're really just a vehicle for the incredible dona sauce, which is, without a doubt, the best salsa in the world. Don't miss out on that sauce! Ordering online is a breeze, or you can just stop by.

I enjoyed the black beans, white rice with vegetables, and two barbacoa tacos, all of which were delicious—I really love barbacoa. The restaurant itself was clean, with nice decor both inside and out. The artwork was lively and modern, making for a pleasant atmosphere. So, would I go back? Probably, mainly for the food because it was genuinely good. I would likely speak to a manager or someone about the service if I return, in case they don't see this review beforehand.
