For the best tacos in the city, visit all Tacodeli. I love the Otto with crispy bacon on homemade corstortillas. (Organic roasted black beans, double bacon, avocado and Jack cheese) Hubby likes the Migas taco and the Jess special. But how delicious as the tacos are, they are really just a delivery system for the best salsa in the universe, the dona sauce. It's from this world!! Don't skip the sauce! Just order online... Doña sauce is legit if you like spicy and garlic. They use very tasty ingredients and have a wide selection. Their flour tortillas are some of the worst in town and taste like two week old store bought. If you are on the fence, go with the corn tortillas! View all feedback.
The food here is outstanding! I'm visiting from Pennsylvania, and I can honestly say these are the best tacos and salsa I've ever had!
They offer habanero sauce, so please use it wisely!
I enjoyed the CHILE EN NOGADA taco much more; the pomegranate is one of my favorite ingredients and the ground pork paired well with it. The COWBOY was okay, but I didn't particularly like the steak pieces – they were just passable to me. Overall, the food was decent, especially satisfying after a short hike when I was quite hungry. I would rate this place 3.5 out of 5 stars. I also appreciated that they were open on the 26th, a holiday when many other places are closed.
Tacos are good but service here sucks. Made me take my dog out even though there were 3 dogs in the restaurant while I ate. They also beg for tips at the register as you order, before service and before you even taste the food. There is no waiters hereyou take your own food and pour your own drinks. I've never seen this before.
Taco here are awesome at least the vegetarian ones. A bit disappointed with the change to the salsa ordering with tacos online. It seems now you can only order one salsa per taco. I was annoyed they didn?t get my one salsa request right when I got home toeat my taco, major bummer. Outside of that I love the consistency of the taco making at this location!
