What User doesn't like about Koriente:
I love Koriente and got delicious food here since they opened, but I'm sad to see the service and quality, the hills go down a little. No din in service, everything is in a plastic container. The food flavor is still delicious, but I think it would have been better without the guilt of wasting plastic containers. I hope Coriente goes back to offer delicious food with less waste. Possibly consider compostable containe... View all feedback.
I was excited to try Koriente and the food did live up to the hype! Very tasty and good. Similar to some other reviews, I was disappointed with the environment. Plastic forks, to go containers when eating in, no indoor dining, and indoor area where you ordered felt a bit run down. The place was setup as if it was March 2020. With so many amazing options in Austin, I’d only recommend for a take out night at home.
No other restaurant could’ve satisfied my boyfriend and I more. The price was more than reasonable, the food was delicious and plenty, the outdoor seating area was shaded, and best of all: they had boba. One thing to keep in mind is that they don’t have indoor dining, but I will say that the outdoor space was very comfortable.I got the mango boba with almond milk and the tofu mushroom dish. In the last photo, my boyfriend’s meal was the mixmix bibimbap
Japanese curry chicken was really great and the mix mix bibimbap is fresh and healthy with the tuna.Koriente is a great option if you’re looking for a healthy or consistent meal. My go-to when I don’t know what to get down town.
Wow. Just wow. An amazing experience with great food and a great atmosphere. This would probably be my number one recommendation for dinner at Austin. Extremely cheap for fresh and tasty food. I got the Bi Bim Bop with mild chicken and half rice/ half noodles which I would say is the most worth it item purely based on the quantity of food. It’s pictured in the circular bowl. We also got miso soup which was pretty good and cheap. We also got boba which was really delicious. It was better than many of the boba shops I’ve been to. My girlfriend got the Shiitake Tofu which she loved. Based off of everything I’ve described to you how much would you assume this would cost: 2 appetizers, boba, and two large entrees. Everything combined was 38.00. Also something else to appreciate was the website. As someone who likes to see other people’s feedback, the customer rating next to each dish really helped in my decision making. Simply put, it is probably the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. It is a must for anyone looking for good and cheap Pan-Asian food in Austin.
I felt that the dishes were worth the piece and they were a great mix of being unique and great tasting. I wish I could sit inside but I understand that every restaurant has its way of doing things. Please clean the tables for your customers outside as it’s limited seating. The parking is an issue and you want to keep your car in vision in the area.Overall, it is a good place to pick up a quick lunch if you are in downtown!
