He definitely deserves a raise! It's rare to find people who provide excellent customer service these days, but he truly seemed to enjoy his job.

Panera as a whole is pushed down on a descent slide, but it is pushed down faster. employees are pleasant, but the management is rude and not busy with the cust... read more Panera as a whole is pushed down on a descent slide, but it is pushed down faster. employees are pleasant, but the management is rude and not busy with the customer service. ordered a 1/2 chicken salad sandwich which had chicken salad on 1/4 of the brotes. manager refused to honor an action I used online. the only thing they have done successfully was to make sure that I am not back. it is not surprising that this place is always so slow. no recovery.
