Panera Bread Cornerstar Way - Aurora

I put an order for a big mac and cheese through the app, and waited to finish order for 17 minutes. while I was waiting, no one has checked with me. they just shot looking at me and ignored me otherwise. poor service and somehow the mac was already lukewarm.

One of the worst service I ever had manager was rude, disrespectful and Obnoxious. Instead of cutting the banquette with a knife, they just twisted it with their hands.She should be fired ! If she does not like her job she needs to leave it to someone who cares about their work ! she refused to replace my plate. After giving us the wrong order. Customer satisfaction was missed. Also, I am regular client there and i take all of my guests there. Completely disrespectful. This was beyond ridiculous.

I bring my elderly mother in law here for the tomato soup. It's her favorite. The staff at this location are ALWAYS consistently polite, helpful and friendly not to mention quick. Tonight the person that took our order was a cute girl with a septum piercing. She was super patient and professional. 5 stars from me and my ride or die. She says the soup was smackin'. Our compliments to the chef.

It took nearly 30 minutes to get a refill on my coffee at this restaurant. The manager didn't offer much assistance either. I heard multiple times that they were out of various items. The atmosphere was tense due to the poor service. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
