For example, I recently received a salad that had expired on August 12th, which was unacceptable. I would advise everyone to double-check the expiration dates before leaving the restaurant.

I placed my order at... read more Every Panera basically has the same food, so won't focus on that. But I stopped for lunch last week because I was in the mood for a salad. I placed my order at the kiosk. The location didn't have the normal pagers out so they were calling names and this along with a large backlog created general chaos. I personally waited 18 minutes from the time I placed my order until my name was called. Rather than helping prepare or expedite orders, a manager was just standing on the customer side of the counter calling names when orders are ready seems like her time could have been better spent doing literally anything else to actually help. The dining room had dirty floors and tables. Plus the garbage cans bussing stations were so full there was no place for customers to actually clear their dishes. I contacted the location and was offered a free lunch on my next visit, but hard to take advantage when I run the risk of being late getting back to work.
