Dunkin' - Athol

Updating my review as I have used this location quite a few more times since my original review.Their staff seem to have gotten much better about accuracy of the orders. Super friendly and pretty quick with the drive-thru. Much better service than even 6 months ago.

They get my order wrong about half of the time. When is right things are good. When it's wrong it's a little frustrating.

Food is fast food (nothing else to say)Service, is usually extremely good and friendly. My wife and I usually see the same people working when we go and the the staff we get are fun, friendly, and quick with your order.Some of the employees there however probably need a different attitude for working with the public though (lol).As far as atmosphere, we normally use the drive thru and it is in a gas station.So I mean it is what it is.

No one does it better than them there are five Dunkin’ Donuts between my house and my job and they are literally the best one

Tired of not getting what i order on days one manager happens to be working. idk his name, but my order is never correct when he is working. this morning i ordered a sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap and got bacon, i was wondering why the whole wrap was so greasy. ruined my morning and my appetite. very dissatisfied.
