Now, getting to the point: I love their coffee, but the food is another story. It’s mostly frozen and not the healthiest option, especially if you’re trying to lose weight. Would I recommend this place? Yes, definitely for the coffee, but not for the food.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were unfriendly, and my bagels were burnt. They also forgot my food order. The cashiers at Mr. Mike's seemed to be covering for the team, and my drinks were made incorrectly. To make matters worse, I couldn't get a refund until the manager arrived. I strongly advise against going here after 4 PM when the shift changes, as the service becomes terrible.

Engage with your customers! Your role goes beyond just making coffee and reheating food. It's an opportunity to create a wonderful customer experience with just a few words. In the brief moments while you wait for your team to complete their order, take the time to make your customers feel warm and welcomed!

Dunkin employees are in a difficult situation, considering they're constantly at risk of exposure to Covid and aren't paid an especially high wage while doing so. Despite these challenges, the staff at this location delivered exceptional service in aclean, organized workspace. They have my sincere appreciation for being so upbeat and professional in these trying times.

They basically never get your order right. This morning I ordered a plain bagel in the bag nothing done to it because they toast them terribly and just slob cream cheese on there. When I opened it to toast it myself it was a lukewarm disaster with a glob ofcream cheese right in the middle. I?ve been given ?hot? coffees that taste three days old and are stone cold, and I can orderthe same thing three times and each time it will come out as a completely different order. Will definitely be driving the extramile to the one closer to the highway from now on.
