Outstanding Star Thanksgiving buffet well worth the splurge
We met friends from outofstate for brunch. The food was quite good the kitchen made a mistake on one order. They apologized immediately and had it prepared correctly. The service was very good and very friendly
This was an excellent brunch. Unfortunately due to a private party we were shifted from the restaurant' s more gracious space into the JBar which is more rusticcasual. The menu was terrific and delicious; the service charming and constantly helpful. The only issue was winding up in a less proper space than expected after having reserved. Still a high recommend

The menu was quite limited and the dishes very heavy. One dish that several people at our table wanted to order was unavailable due to lack of ingredients such as kale. I have eaten there twice before and had a good experience but this time was disappointing. Interestingly the place was empty...perhaps the reservations prompted the lack of ingredients...or maybe it was the reverse
