This restaurant does not accept reservations on open table. Although we made a reservation a month in advance they did not honor it. I complained that they had our info and could have called us to let us know so we could make other arrangements. Only then they agreed to finally seat us. The place is the IT spot right now. Arrive early on Sundays otherwise you may not get seated. The food is home cooked with love. View all feedback.

My party was unable to be seated because 7 Hills does not accept reservations on Sunday. I was highly disappointed by this because my party had gotten together to celebrate an anniversary and after waiting for over an hour, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere. We met friends from out of state for brunch. The food was pretty good, although there was a mistake on one of our orders. The staff apologized right away and promptly corrected the error. The service was excellent and very friendly.
The Thanksgiving buffet at this restaurant is an excellent 5-star experience worth every penny.

That was an excellent brunch. Unfortunately, due to a private party we were moved from the more gracious surroundings of the restaurant to the J-Bar, which is more rustic/casual. The menu was fantastic and delicious; the service charming and constantly helpful. The only problem was reserved in a less correct space than expected. Recommend a high!
In Aspen for ski week and wanted to try Prospect because it has very good reviews It is an excellent restaurant ... excellent food in a splendid atmosphere. Service was very good Portions are not overly large and it is a bit pricey but it was a nice dining experience
