A tall blond woman then asked us for the same inf... read more Upon entering a man greeted us and took our reservation information. He left to check on our table we assumed. A tall blond woman then asked us for the same info again. Upon informing her we already did this process she rudely excused us and proceeded to seat two groups behind us. The man in the plaid shirt returned and realized he had forgotten about us. Just lots of uncomfortable mismanagement and standing around the entry. The carrots on the Dover sole were so hard that my butter knife could not penetrate them at all. I had to request a steak knife.

They effectively adhered to social distancing guidelines, and our waiter, Tim, provided some great recommendations. Overall, the service was exceptional thanks to the entire team, especially Tim. This was my first visit to Pinons, but it definitely won't be the last!
