Brick Oven Bistro - Ashland

Took us almost 45 minutes to get our order. When we did finally get it it was wrong. Told the waitress 3 times what we wanted and showed her on the menu. And they still got it wrong. Told the second waitress who brought it out that it was wrong and showed her what we ordered on the menu and still was made to pay for cold large pizza and a soggy small pizza. an order that was supposed to be no more than $20-$25 was made to be a $40 bill. We shouldn't have been made to pay for their mess up.

Good Italian food with extensive menu and reasonable pricing. Service was excellent. Just passing through, looking for a non-fast food restaurant…saw the 4.4 star rating and thought we would check it out. Definitely didn’t disappoint; would recommend this restaurant for sure!

Prompt service and good food. We went during a slow time and the staff were busy not sitting around. Cleaning and cooking for pickup orders. When one took a bit longer to get back another staff member took over. It was like a seamless operation.

As usual everything was excellent.
