What User likes about New China:
Let's remember that the quality of American Chinese food in Asheville leaves much to be desired, but New 1 China gets a semi-enthusiastic thumbs up. It's definitely better than its competitor down the road, Dragon China, and almost as good as Oriental Pavilion.
