I read all the reviews and I thought this was going to be an amazing experience. The staff was lovely and the place is very nice. I was not that impressed with the food. Nothing was bad but nothing was amazing as I was told. I do recommend the chilledalmond and garlic soup. I do recommend the lamb skewers to be mixed with the Stuffed peppers with Spanish goat cheese. I don’trecommend the pulpo, octopus.
This place is a real treat. We had to eat late to get a table and really enjoyed our dining experience. This restaurant will get you out of your comfort zone in a good way, to try new things. Will definitely be going back.
This is by far one of the best meals I’ve ever had and I’ve ate around the world! People being negative do not know what they are talking about! Flavor explosion in every bite! Audrey was an excellent server tonight! What an awesome experience fromstart to finish! We had tomato bread, fried eggplant, goat cheese stuffed peppers, jambon, lamb skewers, cheesecake and someamazing chocolate thing. Also, Sangria, gin and tonic and espresso martinis.
Wow wow WOW! What a fantastic experience. We were fortunate enough to grab a seat at the bar facing the line chefs and we were so pleased with the service and the level of expertise the staff presented. The tapas dishes were ALL PHENOMENAL as were thelarge plates and dessert. Everyone from the servers to host to chefs were beyond pleasant and charismatic. Such a curated menuof delight. A fantastic experience with a delightful wine list for pairing. A real CURE for the mediocre. A
Wow, this was one of the best meals and dining experiences that I have ever had. My boyfriend and I did “The Spanish Experience” tasting menu with the additional wine pairing. Although the grilled Iberico pork shoulder is not offered as partof the tasting menu, it was our favorite dish that we tried and we absolutely recommend ordering it! Our favorite plates on thetasting menu were the octopus and lamb skewers. Our server, Sergio, made our time at Cúrate so magical! You can tell that heloves his job and wants his guests to fall in love with the bold flavors of Spanish cuisine. We will be going back next time weare in Asheville!
