We stopped at this restaurant for coffee and cake but were completely ignored by the staff. We never even received a greeting or acknowledgment that they would help us soon. Customers who arrived after us were served before us. After waiting for 10 minutes without any sign of assistance, we decided to leave without being served.

We kept on returning to this lovely local coffee shop, next to the distillery. Good coffee, good cakes, and a small supermarket. On the coast with a lovely view.

Brilliant breakfast rolls so good we came back two days later. Wolfing down a bruichladdich breakfast whilst watching the bay is a lovely experience on its own made even more special by being interrupted by a curious robin who entertained the kids for a while!

I absolutely love this charming market shop! They offer a variety of groceries, including alternative milks like oat and soy, vegan snacks, vegan cheese, and fresh vegetables. The coffee stand serves delicious barista coffees with your choice of milk alternative and also has tasty biscoff biscuits. The coffee is quite strong, which I appreciate. You can either relax in their cozy seating area inside or enjoy your meal at picnic tables outdoors. You even have the option to take your food to the beach across the road. Such a delightful dining experience!
