What User doesn't like about The Pond Ice Cream:
Customer service was terrible. When we walked in the boy didn’t even say a word to us. He almost looks surprised that he even had customers. The girl who was accompanying him had to keep looking at her notes to tell us what toppings came with which flavors because it wasn’t posted on the wall. The service at this restaurant was excellent - friendly, prompt, and attentive. The staff answered all our questions and even helped us select and customize our desserts. And, most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious! View all feedback.
