Customer service was terrible. When we walked in the boy didn’t even say a word to us. He almost looks surprised that he even had customers. The girl who was accompanying him had to keep looking at her notes to tell us what toppings came with which flavors because it wasn’t posted on the wall. The restaurant offers top-quality ice cream, delicious coffee, and generously-sized sesame toast.
The restaurant has a cool atmosphere and vibe, but I was not impressed with the passion fruit ice roll.
The gentleman working there was so sweet. And he put such effort into each of our orders.
