The food is almost always on point, but the service is hit or miss, which isn't much the fault of the employees there since they are doing the best with what they have, but more a general fast food experience lately across all sorts of restaurants aside from maybe McDonald's for some reason.We generally have to wait a while at the location we go to, and the food is pretty tasty. The last time we went, however, they missed taking the bacon off of my sandwich, which isn't so bad for me even though I don't eat pork, but I can see it being an issue for folks that are more picky. I ended up giving my wife the extra bacon and it was fine.So, really, if you can stand the wait time, even with putting in an online order ahead of time, and can stand with a few mistakes here and there, it's not a bad choice. Most of the employees there are really great with great attitudes. And, also, it's a Wendy's. I personally like it, I love the fries, and it's really nice that you can get baked potatoes at a fast food place, and they are generally decent potatoes with the addition of butter, sour cream and salt/pepper. Their chicken sandwiches are generally really good, too. I loved the mozzarella one so much, even though it was probably *really* bad for me, and I'm very sad that it's gone. Not literally sad, but you know what I mean. The ghost pepper one was pretty tasty, at least.Also, bonus points for having Diet Dr. Pepper!
