Got th... read more Took an evening walk to Tom?s to get an ice cream cone (something we have done in the past with no issues. and The hours stated they were open until 9pm. Got there and the inside was closed at 8pm but drive through was open. There were no cars so we got in line. We were told we couldn?t be served unless in a car. We will never come back.

The fries, tatertots, an... read more My partner and I work long shifts and sometimes we don't feel like cooking. This place is super close to us and the food is disgusting. The fries, tatertots, and corn dog bites are either over cooked or under cooked there is no in between. The cheesestickes taste like the grease hasn't been changed in a hot minute. The burgers taste too well done, and the shakes have cup pieces in them from where the original cup broke, and they just plopped it into a second cup instead of remaking it. Kids can choke on that. The only thing worth getting from there is the breaded chicken sandwiches which they replace with grilled chicken. Even on a slow day they always mess up our orders. if you call and complain they tell you they can just comp it. I worked in fast food as a young teen in high-school and ALWAYS made sure to double check the orders. We just called the Neenah one and showed our receipt and messed up order and they had it fixed in no time!!! Even when the one here in Appleton told us they would not do that. Thanks Neenah!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Please get a handle on things. Because if health walked in you guys would be shut down.

I only waited maybe 5 to 7 minutes. I grew up on Toms. It was started by one of my moms cousins. Love Tom's. You will not find better fastvfood anywhere.

I drove to the front and went inside, but initially, it felt like the manager and the counter staff were trying to avoid me. The young worker glanced at me a few times. Eventually, they turned around, and I explained the problem. They nodded and promised to remake my order. However, the person taking drive-thru orders then approached me, claimed I had requested cheese, and walked away laughing. When the new burger arrived, I opened it to check and discovered that it was a quarter-pounder instead of the half-pounder I had ordered and paid for. I voiced my frustration to the staff, and the manager asked if I expected them to remake it again. I declined and requested a refund instead. There was no apology or even a suggestion of a coupon for my next visit. Feeling disappointed, I left and went to Tom's on Calumet St., where I ordered the same item without any problems. I completed the online survey and called today to speak with the manager. However, I was told I could only talk to the assistant manager. I insisted on speaking with the manager, but it appeared I was going to be stuck with the assistant. I recounted my experience to the assistant manager, but I doubt it will go further. It seems the lady I spoke with last night was also an assistant manager, so this person likely had no authority to take further action. If you're considering a meal at Tom's, I highly recommend the Calumet St. location. I’m very disappointed with the way my issue was handled at the Wisconsin Ave store, and I likely won’t recommend it again.

The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the service was quick. We'll definitely be coming back! As we were leaving, we were surprised to see a long line of cars forming. It was around 1:30 PM on a weekday, but the line was moving quite quickly.
