There were... read more I had a good experience at TGI Friday's with decently-priced food. The staff was attentive and the manager even stopped by our table during our meal. There were a couple of minor issues that came up, but they were both resolved to my satisfaction. The greeter didn't seem to know about my Open Table reservation, but I chalked it up to it being a new program for them. The other issue was that the menu didn't mention peppers, which I don't like, but the pretzel chicken sandwich came with some hot ones. I discussed this with the manager, who acknowledged the oversight but couldn't control the menu printing. He offered to replace my order, but I had already removed the peppers and was enjoying my meal. Overall, it slightly affected my experience but it was still enjoyable.

We encounter... read more Today is TGI Friday, so we decided to enjoy a nice meal at a reasonable price. The staff was attentive and the manager even stayed during our meal. We encountered two small issues, but both were resolved to my satisfaction. The hostess was unaware of my OpenTable reservation, but since the program was new, I chalked it up to a training issue. The other problem was that I do not like paprika at all. The menu did not mention it, but my pretzel chicken sandwich came with a significant amount of it. I spoke to the manager, who agreed that it shouldn't have been there but couldn't control the menu. He offered to replace my dish, but I had already removed the paprika and enjoyed my sandwich. While I realize most people wouldn't be bothered by this, it did slightly detract from an otherwise pleasant dining experience.

We waited 30mins to get are food then when the food came she had to go back to get my bf food she came back and asked what he ordered and he said the Philly cheese take she came back and said she forgot to put his food in I would understand if his was the last order but his was the 3rd one out of 5.. we waited another 15 mins before his food arrived. She was very snotty. She never checked up on us if we need refills or not. We asked for 2 dr peppers 1 sprite she brought us 2 sprites 1 dr…. I know it sounds like I’m Bi*ching but the customer service of the waitress was unacceptable. I worked in waitressing a lot and in training checking on your tables is key. we spoke to the manager that was one duty he had great customer service He told us he would talk to her he did and she treated us very poorly after that and gave us a lot of attitude… more then before. It seems like everyone who works there dosent wanna be there… never going there again..
