Spats restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with a nice low-key atmosphere, excellent food presentations, and a sedate noise level that allows for easy conversation. The menu features superb and delicious entrees, including awesome crab cakes, fantastic steak and salmon, and the best lobster bisque in the Green Bay/Appleton area. The waitstaff is friendly and efficient, and the prices are surprisingly affordable for the quality of food. The homemade tartar sauce, crushed red potatoes, and a variety of fish options are highlights of the menu. With excellent service, flavorful food, well-poured cocktails, and a calming ambiance, Spats is a must-visit establishment that customers will want to return to frequently.

Such a great restaurant! I have been here for a business lunch and most recently dinner with my husband. The food is very flavorful and great prices! Cocktails were well poured. Service was excellent! I love the low lighting. It creates a calming and intimate dining experience. We will be back!
Food is good, seating is adequate (inside and outdoor patio), drinks are excellent. Good view of the ave for cruise nights.
What an amazing restaurant! I visited for a business lunch and most recently for dinner with my husband. The food is incredibly flavorful and reasonably priced! The cocktails were expertly mixed. The service was outstanding! I also appreciate the low lighting, which adds to a tranquil and intimate dining atmosphere. We will definitely return!
I’ve visited this restaurant for the past three Fridays to enjoy their bluegill and haddock, and I absolutely loved both. The lobster bisque is the best I’ve ever had, and the smashed red potatoes are fantastic, too. Brie, the bartender, is not only friendly but also skilled at her craft. Both the dirty martini and Manhattan were outstanding. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to return regularly.
