Amanda our order taker and server was outstanding….pleasant, efficient, seemed very caring that we were enjoying our experience. And our food was delicious…which for fast food was a big surprise and a plus to our overall experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I had to turn around to get them, and at $1 each, I wasn't going to just let it slide. However, the food was good, and the service was friendly and polite. I will definitely go back.

I visited the Northland Avenue location this evening and placed my order, which I paid for. When I went to get drinks, I found that all options were unavailable... read more I visited the Northland Avenue location this evening and placed my order, which I paid for. When I went to get drinks, I found that all options were unavailable except for Diet Coke or Mellow Yellow. I inquired if that was all they had, and I was informed that it was. I then asked why we weren't informed about this before placing our order, and I was told it was a corporate issue and not their problem. I pointed out that we had just paid $2.59 for drinks but were left with only water to drink. I was directed to speak with corporate about it.

Every table I tried... read more I visited Fazoli's for lunch recently, and it was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant appeared rundown and was noticeably dirty. Every table I tried to use was sticky and unclean, making it uncomfortable to sit. My meal arrived cold and lacked any real flavor. It felt like a complete waste of both money and time. I won’t be returning to this location, as you’ve lost a customer. To make matters worse, the counter attendant was rude and made me feel like my order didn’t matter. This place clearly needs better management, thorough cleaning, and new tables—no one wants to sit at sticky tables.
