Only had the meatba... read more Called in an order the other night at about 830pm. Ordered a meatball sub and a gyro. Went to pick it up and didn't bother to check the bag. Only had the meatball sub in there. When I tried to call to see if I could get the gyro because I spent 14$, of course they were closed. Meatball sub was great tho.

She exp... read more The pizza and bread were tasty, but the service was lacking. We received our pizza with a missing piece and the server didn't mention it until we asked. She explained that they lost a piece in the oven. While she gave us a voucher as compensation, it didn't help as we were just visiting. Next time, restaurant staff should communicate better with customers in case of mistakes and work towards a resolution together. Simply offering vouchers may not always solve the problem effectively. It's important to improve communication and problem-solving skills for a better customer experience in the future.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We ordered pepperoni pizza and vegetarian options, and everyone enjoyed their meals. We had a great time and will definitely return in the future.

First The pizza was stuck to the bottom of the cardboard but i was like OK mistakes happen then I realized my bread sticks you know the three you get for 4 bucks then I found hair baked into my pizza and that was just it so I called and they offered me a free pizza. Well after that experience why would I want to order anything from you guys? So I asked for a refund, the manager wasn't in so I had to wait the next day and he did not call so I called them. He was EXTREMELY RUDE! And very unprofessional. I do a lot of reviews for different companies and this will be one I RECOMMEND NOT to take your family and spend your money. I will check out other Pizza Kings in the area but this one is very out of line. I EVEN TOOK MY ORDER BACK TO SHOW THEM! VERY UPSETTING!

About ten minutes after the pizza was delivered to... read more We went here for a pizza dinner last week at 7:35 PM! We ordered a large pizza for the three of us to eat in! About ten minutes after the pizza was delivered to our table, the clerk came and told us that we only had another ten minutes to eat since they were closing at 8 PM!!! I personally feel that this is a terrible way to run a business! And I think that we should have been told that before we ordered! I know that I will not be visiting Pizza King again!!
