Drive-thru orders are rarely done properly. Today's experience with their POOR customer service after they screwed up another order will be the last time they get any business from me.
Tried the spicy shrimp and didn't care for it. They said it was spicy, but I didn't think so.
Numerous times now, the location I've been to has given me the wrong order. On the receipt it shows up correctly, but when I check the bag it isn't right.
I went to the drive-thru. The guy who took my order spoke so quietly and fast I couldn 't understand him. I gave him my order and he mumbled something back at me, so I repeated the order to clarify. He yelled, I got it! When I got to the window, the girl there was just as rude. I will not be returning to this location. Very bad service.
This restaurant has really declined in quality. They prioritize drive-thru customers while dine-in patrons are left waiting for a fresh meal. The manager is rude and seems to lack basic customer service skills. The portion sizes keep getting smaller, while prices continue to rise. Overall, it’s not a good value, experience, or establishment anymore. The management philosophy needs a complete overhaul immediately.
