This location is awesome! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Today Patty waited on me. She is funny and knows her job well. She's a great addition to the Lawe Street location.
At this McDonald's the customer is always wrong! Just ask the very very unprofessional manager working today August 7 at 1130. This lady doesn't belong as a Manger in any way I will never ever go there again.
We had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant while attempting to pick up our order. Although we had chosen in-store pickup through the app, we arrived to find all the doors locked during regular hours. We were then redirected to the drive-thru, where our order was neither ready nor acknowledged. After being instructed to wait in the curbside pickup area, we ended up waiting over 45 minutes before finally receiving our food. The poor communication and disorganization were quite disappointing.
The food was tasty, but the curbside pickup service was somewhat slow.
I've been a loyal customer at this restaurant for over three years, going nearly every week. Sadly, I've noticed a decline in the service, food presentation, and overall quality. It's disheartening to witness this downward trend at the location. Because of this, I've started driving out to Greenville to visit one of the best McDonald's I've ever experienced. #disappointing
