The food was delicious, but the curbside pick up service was a bit slow.
This location is awesome! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Today Patty waited on me. She is funny and knows her job well. She's a great addition to the Lawe Street location.
At this McDonald's the customer is always wrong! Just ask the very very unprofessional manager working today August 7 at 1130. This lady doesn't belong as a Manger in any way I will never ever go there again.
We had a frustrating experience at this restaurant when trying to pick up our order. Despite selecting in-store pickup on the app, we found all doors locked upon arrival during normal hours. We were directed to the drive-thru, where our order was not ready or acknowledged. After being told to park in the curbside pickup area and waiting for over 45 minutes, we finally received our food. The lack of communication and organization was disappointing.
I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for over 3 years, visiting nearly every week. Unfortunately, the service, food presentation, and quality have been declining. It is disappointing to see the decline in this location. As a result, I now drive out to Greenville to one of the best McDonald's I have ever been to. #disappointing.
