Good is usually great this time not so much chicken was mainly bones very little meat on the bones, prices on dice thru menu did not match what came up on the register, brought it to the managers attention he just said it was someone else's responsibility and that several others had complained about the same thing. Even the biscuits were smaller than usual. Very disappointing this time. View all feedback.
Went there today at 12:30 with a large order and the doors were locked. Two other cars drove up while I was there. The lady even walked around the building to the other door and it was locked. We were all pissed. Why would you have the doors locked during the noon time rush? Kinda stupid. The guys I was picking up for didn't get to eat today. They said they will never go there or order from there again. And the other people who were there sure weren't impressed. Doubt if I'll go out of my way to go there again.
So disappointed! I used to frequent this KFC and even though the drive thru employee was very nice, I will not be returning. My 8 pc. Chicken nuggets meal was extremely small in size and overcooked and side dishes were mediocre.
I've tried to pick up DoorDash deliveries from this restaurant several times, but it's been frustrating. No one answers at the drive-thru, and the doors are always locked. When you finally manage to speak to someone, they just direct you to the drive-thru again.
I ordered extra crispy white meat but received dark meat from the original recipe instead. When I called the restaurant for clarification, no one answered.
It appears that they misrepresent their hours. After driving 20 minutes, I arrived only to find the restaurant CLOSED! They really need to sort this out.
