I went to this restaurant at 3:50 pm for coffee and could clearly hear the girl at the drive-thru shouting "no" before informing me they were closed. They actually close at 4 pm. This was extremely unprofessional service. I suggest saving your time and money by avoiding this place.
I visited this restaurant for the first time this morning around 8. I was having a rough morning and couldn't hold back my tears. A kind lady gave me a complimentary mocha and wished me a better day. Her gesture truly touched my heart. I am now a loyal customer for life. Thank you for your kindness. And the mocha was absolutely delicious too!

Love Jo to Go and the owner Betsy is wonderful! I always stop at least twice (if not more) when I'm in town. Half the time I just ask Betsy to make me something with white chocolate and I have never been disappointed. It is nice to support a local business owner as well.
Without a doubt the GOLD standard for coffee to go in the Fox Valley. Fast and friendly service, good price points, and the coffee tastes the same every time I order. This is the ONLY place in the Fox Valley that I go to get coffee.
