What a cute spot and local, we thought, so we skipped the chain coffee store to get our lattes here. What an unpleasant experience! None opened the window for 5 minutes despite seeing us stand there. Then it was such an unwelcoming unpleasant experience we were just miffed. Had we offended this person by wanting to making a purchase here?? I went to this restaurant at 3:50 pm for coffee and could clearly hear the girl at the drive-thru shouting "no" before informing me they were closed. They actually close at 4 pm. This was extremely unprofessional service. I suggest saving your time and money by avoiding this place.
I visited this restaurant for the first time this morning around 8. I was having a rough morning and couldn't hold back my tears. A kind lady gave me a complimentary mocha and wished me a better day. Her gesture truly touched my heart. I am now a loyal customer for life. Thank you for your kindness. And the mocha was absolutely delicious too!
I visited this restaurant for the first time today and had the best mocha ever. I will definitely be returning every time I pass through Appleton.
Love Jo to Go and the owner Betsy is wonderful! I always stop at least twice (if not more) when I'm in town. Half the time I just ask Betsy to make me something with white chocolate and I have never been disappointed. It is nice to support a local business owner as well.

This place is a charming little gem of a coffee shop. The woman working there was very friendly and efficient. She even treated me to some delicious treats during my visit. I would happily come here every day if I could. It's a cute and authentic coffee shop that stands out from the mainstream choices. Keep in mind that it's not a sit-down establishment.
