While dining, a fellow business owner came in with his wife and was seated at the table next to us. His steak was just as disappointing as mine! His wife ordered the tuna, which also raised some concerns. The server mentioned they could reheat it, but they decided to just finish their meal as it was. I truly hope management addresses these issues, as this restaurant has the potential to be a wonderful gem once again.

I've dined here at least a dozen times, and while the old location had a more intimate atmosphere that I preferred, the quality of the food remains exceptional. I've never had a meal that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. The appetizers are fantastic, including oysters, goat cheese, ceviche, and feta cheese. The tomahawk ribeye and the rack of lamb are outstanding as well. The drinks are crafted with care and consistently hit the mark. I would give it five stars, but during my most recent visit, they were out of ingredients for two of their five signature drinks and also ran out of the tomahawk ribeye, which I usually order. Overall, it's a great place and definitely one of the top five restaurants in the Appleton area worth visiting.
