Sometimes they tell me because they ran out most times they don’t tell me at all so I don’t find out until I get home. One time they even gave me one single glazed donut instead of 25 glazed munchkins. It’s just wild to me they can just give you whatever instead of what you paid for without even telling you. Here’s my 25 glazed donuts I ordered today.

Bacon is always cold, employee’s are rude or don’t seem to care, and much more. Used to be a good location but it has been going downhill.

This time th... read more When you pay for a service, you expect that service. Today was not the first time I had a problem. Last time I ordered I got uncooked bacon strips. This time they forgot all the bacon strips and didn’t even bother to stir the coffee. Which ended up being incorrect, as well. Recently just have been having pretty poor experiences here. I had switched from Starbucks to here but am seeing too many issues to justify the switch. Ugh.

My bacon was not cooked even remotel... read more Coffee was good and services was good, but my food tasted like chemicals. I ordered hash browns and a bacon bagel sandwich. My bacon was not cooked even remotely and everything had a taste of chemicals to it...I could not finish neither my hash browns orbagel due to this taste. I think something is seriously wrong with their food. Hash browns should not taste like plastic.

They sometimes have cute artistic donut options, that we all love! Lots of cute basket gift options and clothes. All the employees seem to love their job and arefriendly with everyone. Smiles and giggles everywhere! Great way to start my morning The only CON is, This location is small onthe inside if you choose to dine in.
