Sometimes they tell me because they ran... read more They really just give you whatever. I can’t count how many times I order something and they just give me something else. Sometimes they tell me because they ran out most times they don’t tell me at all so I don’t find out until I get home. One time they even gave me one single glazed donut instead of 25 glazed munchkins. It’s just wild to me they can just give you whatever instead of what you paid for without even telling you. Here’s my 25 glazed donuts I ordered today.

Bacon is always cold, employee’s are rude or don’t seem to care, and much more. Used to be a good location but it has been going downhill.

This time th... read more When you pay for a service, you expect that service. Today was not the first time I had a problem. Last time I ordered I got uncooked bacon strips. This time they forgot all the bacon strips and didn’t even bother to stir the coffee. Which ended up being incorrect, as well. Recently just have been having pretty poor experiences here. I had switched from Starbucks to here but am seeing too many issues to justify the switch. Ugh.

After about five minutes, an employee mentioned that she would help us soon, but she never came back. There was no line at the drive-thru, and we were the only ones in the store. To make matters worse, a woman walked in after us and received her order before we did. I cannot recommend this Dunkin'.

My bacon was not cooked even remotely and everything had a taste of chemicals to it...I could not finish neither my hash browns or bagel due to this taste. I think something is seriously wrong with their food. Hash browns should not taste like plastic.
