Giving 4 stars because some of the staff are sweet but I have come to the conclusion that I must stop giving in when my household wants a blizzard. Today was the 3rd time they failed me. Ordered and paid for a medium, got a small, ordered Snickers,got Chocolate Chip along with ice cream dripping down the sides of all of our blizzards. I wish they'd just slow down and taketheir time.
Do not buy an ice cream cake here! I paid 28 dollars and I was so upset and embarrassed by it that I couldn't even gift it, I had to go buy another cake elsewhere. Not only did they not write what I had asked for, but I could have written it so so muchbetter, it was barely legible it was that bad. So disappointing because they taste so good, but couldn't give something thatlooked so unprofessional.
Ordered a birthday cake online and it was absolutely perfect. Really gorgeous and truly above and beyond. The decorator wrote a nice little note on the package I thought was really sweet and most importantly the birthday child was absolutely thrilled withit. Would definitely recommend and look forward to ordering again. Thank you!
Candace is the piping guru! I purposely drive 25 minutes OUT of my way to pick up one of her beautiful, custom made cakes for me! Staff are always friendly and personable whenever you walk through the doors. Will always be a returning customer!
Stopped for a little treat with hubby. He got the double fudge brownie blizzard and I got the banana cream pie one. It was pretty good! There are small cookie pieces and little chunks of banana. The service was excellent. We were even told about a charity promotion for next week. Will be back. Yum!
