I placed an online order the day prior fo... read more The young lady working was very helpful but the older lady that came out from the back is very miserable to deal with. I placed an online order the day prior for a dozen bagels for pick up for the following morning. The younger lady apologized for not having the order ready when I arrived and started to fill the order. The older lady came out from the back saying the order ticket printed off that morning and that I can’t pick it up until the following day. I explained that my receipt said the order would be ready for pick up Saturday morning and she told me “oh well the ticket printed this morning and it won’t be ready until tomorrow”. The younger lady working apologized again for inconvenience and for her coworkers attitude.
